Responsibilities:
- Event Logistics/Preparation: Assist in planning and execution of trade shows, conferences and other events, such as registration, shipping, and payment. Manage event materials, including inventory, shipping, and on-site organization
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand sales plans and effectively help execute events that align with each territory's goals
- Budget Management: Utilize Brex, our expense management platform, to track and monitor event budgets and spending on a quarterly basis
- Data and Reporting: Collect and analyze data to provide actionable insights, helping determine the effectiveness and ROI of attending specific events and guiding future participation decisions
- Vendor Communication/Collaboration: Coordinate with vendors to manage booth shipments and ensure seamless event set up and execution
- Preferred 1 years of experience with event planning, field marketing, or other relevant marketing/sales experience
- Preferred knowledge of SaaS marketing operations
- Preferred experience with Salesforce, AirTable, Google Tools, event management software (Cvent, Swoogo, Whova, Splash), Brex (or other internal finance tool)
- Must be a highly self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with the ability to prioritize
- Must demonstrate strong ethics and integrity
- Must have strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and planning skills to work with team members at all levels effectively
- Ability to come into our office, up to 80% of the week, during our busy seasons (September-October & March-April).

- Hiring manager conversation: A 60-minute conversation with the Manager, Campaign Marketing. Be prepared to discuss your background as well as what you're looking for in your next role and what direction you see your career path taking. Also, this is a great time for you to ask questions about the expectations for this role, team culture, etc
- Final Interview: A 30-60 minute peer interview with the Field Marketing Team
- You'll make a big impact: You'll have significant influence over the direction of our product and the future of our company
- Work from home: At FMX we are remote first, but you're welcome to use our office as you need. We have two all-company events a year to ensure that you can put a face to that name and establish high-trust relationships with your teammates and co-workers.

- The hourly range for this position is expected to be $15/hr.
