Focal Pointe Outdoor Solutions is Hiring a Contract Administrator Near Hazelwood, MO

Objective:

  • Assist in managing an efficient and professional Landcare department with the contract maintenance process, routing, and scheduling.
  • Communicating contract details between the company and its clients, ensuring the production goals are reflected correctly from each contract.

Reports to: Branch Manager

Supervises: None

Responsibilities:

  • Upholding internal policies and processes regarding contract management by examining the viability of each contract and making the necessary recommendations for revision as best indicated for efficiency and productivity metrics.
  • Managing client contracts for landscape maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, plant health care and snow removal services.
  • Understanding the components within Aspire to effectively assist in scheduling production, creating and receiving purchase orders, and allocating materials.
  • Assists Branch Manager with producing reports necessary for evaluating Landcare, PHC and Tech Services divisions.
  • Assist Focal Pointe team members with preparing of contracts, enhancements, reports, etc. to ensure efficiency of staff and uniformity of procedures.
  • Assist Landcare Operations Managers with reports on services, material, time entry, etc. to ensure tasks are performed in a timely manner and billing is correct.
  • Makes scheduling calls for Tech Services and PHC departments as needed.
  • Answers phones as needed, taking leads, directing calls and answering customer questions and concerns when department heads are in the field.
  • Assist in purchasing items for enhancement projects, monitors yard inventory and orders materials based on seasonal demand.
  • Assists the Branch Manager with a variety of tasks to include laying out of enhancements and moving items in yard inventory.
  • Work with Branch Manager to accurately track branch performances.
  • Participates and practices all safety procedures presented in weekly safety meetings.
  • Follow Focal Pointe uniform policy to be neat and professional in appearance.
  • Participate in snow removal as a Crew Member or Route Manager.

Qualifications

  • Must be a person of integrity, worthy of working with the professional Focal Pointe team.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish speaker is a plus.
  • Accommodating, friendly, authentic disposition, prone to build long lasting relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to work hard, high attention to detail, follow-up, and the ability to prioritize.
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Business or a related field.
  • 3 years’ experience as contract administrator or similar role.
  • Valid Driver’s License with approved driving record.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Employee is frequently required to sit, climb, stand, walk, handle, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk and hear.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and /or move objects up to fifty pounds.
  • Employees in this position are occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions including extreme cold, heat, wind, and rain.
  • Employees are occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals.
  • Employees are occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts.
