We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Bilingual Recruiter/HR Generalist. Our Bilingual Recruiter- HR Generalist plays a key role in establishing the bedrock of our department and fostering an enriched employee experience. We offer a fun, collaborative team environment with a competitive salary range of $60,000-$65,000k including a bonus. This position will include benefits such as health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and PTO. This is a full-time, fully onsite position Monday-Friday from 8-5. Travel is required up to 20% of the time within Focal Pointe territory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish a long-term career.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Recruiter- HR Generalist include:

• Manages the H2B Visa Program;
• Determines staffing needs and collaborates with leadership to align staffing strategies with organizational goals;
• Review employment applications and background check reports;
• Prepares interview questions and other hiring and selection materials;
• Schedules and conducts interviews;
• Builds influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
• Manages social media and website recruitment, and attends career fairs;
• Leads employment branding initiatives and promotes the company’s reputation as the “best place to work”;
• Plans employee referral programs and local events in support of company culture;
• Encourages employees to be brand ambassadors;
• Leads weekly orientation classes for the workforce;
• Responsible for deployment of HR policies and procedures, employee onboarding, compliance, and personnel files;
• Assists with safety compliance;
• Responsible for HR system setup and training as needed;
• Defines KPIs, assists in audits, provides reports, and identifies bottlenecks in the process.

Requirements for the Bilingual Recruiter- HR Generalist:

• Bilingual in English & Spanish;
• Exceptional verbal & written communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills;
• Strong aptitude for technology with proficiency in Microsoft Suites and ability to learn new systems quickly and work across multiple systems;
• Strong customer service skills with a courteous & professional manner;
• Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy & efficiency;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
• Reliable transportation with auto insurance and unencumbered driver’s license.

Preferred, but not required, skills & experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree;
• HR/Recruiting experience in the Landscape, Construction, or Manufacturing Industries;
• Knowledge of Paycom.
