We are looking for an IT HelpDesk Analyst for a client based in Madison, AL.

This role would start as on-site with potential to go Hybrid once you are fully trained.

This is an entry level/level 1 position with a starting salary of $15.35/hr - No Experience Required.

Computer savvy & Phone skills are a must.

Remotely pinging IP Addresses

Remoting into PCs to troubleshoot issues
