OverviewWe currently have a client in GRAND FORKS, ND looking for a Nurse Practitioner (Traveling Nurse Practitioner/NP) Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Certified Nurse Practitioner, who will provide patients with the highest quality medical services emphasizing wellness and the management of chronic diseases. Nurse Practitioners diagnose and treat illness, reconcile and manage medications, order and interpret tests, instruct patients and families on wellness, prevention and how to manage their care. Contract Assignment - 13 Weeks (Temporary) Shift: 5x8 Days Rewards: (Nurse Practitioner)

Provides specialty medical care in a clinical setting under the supervision of licensed physicians working through physician approved protocols.
Evaluates patients in a clinic. Assures quality assurance standards are met by following all guidelines of physicians, and clinic.
Collaborates with physicians, local health care facilities to provide delivery of services available for patient`s need.
Completes medical and accurate documentation of patient care. Initiates and maintains required records and legal documents. Initiates and/or recommends medical drug therapies or other forms of related therapeutic treatment and procedures in accordance with the patient’s wishes and approved protocols/policy.
