FocusKPI is looking for aSalesforce Implementation Developerto join one of our clients.
As a Salesforce Implementation Developer at our client, you will design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions tailored to our clients' business needs. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Salesforce processes, enhance system performance, and ensure seamless integration with external systems.
Work Location:Remote - anywhere in the US
Duration:Long-term and short-term contract positions
Pay Range:$75k to $100k/annum
Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Implement and optimize complex workflows, triggers, and automation processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and ensure data integrity
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing to ensure reliable and performant Salesforce applications
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and best practices

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
• 5 years of Apex experience with 3 years of asynchronous Apex
• 3 years of experience with Lightning Web Components
• Proficiency in SQL, Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and Visualforce
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce database transactions and debugging techniques
• General web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong technical background in LWC using JavaScript and a business-focused, analytical approach
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and integration capabilities
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations
• Proficiency with Salesforce CLI and version control
• Excellent technical documentation and analysis skills
• Ability to combine declarative and programmatic solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in a remote environment

Desired/Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification;JavaScript Developer I Certification
• Experience with Git repositories and version control systems
• Knowledge of Copado CI/CD pipelines and best practices is a plus
• Experience in multi-cloud architectures and AWS cloud development is a plus
• Experience in civic technology and government contracting is a plus
• Development or administrative experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Sales Engagement
• Active Trailblazer account required

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English
• Mandarin or Cantonese are considered a plus
