4 - 5 years of relevant experience in :
- Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 OS and Windows 11 OS
- Experience troubleshooting peripheral devices, including printers, scanners, and Apple mobile devices.
- Provides telephone/remote support related to networking or connectivity issues.
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
- provides basic diagnosis, analysis and resolution of issues and customer(s).
· Experience with Microsoft Intune preferred but not required
· Experience with Microsoft Windows Autopilot preferred but not required
· Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (or similar ITIL tool) is preferred but not required
