Folk Oil Company, Inc. is Hiring a Store Coordinator Near Homer, MI
Folk Oil Company, Inc. has an opening for a Store Coordinator\Auditor for their corporate headquarters. This is a part time position working in a very busy and demanding office environment.
This person will be responsible for auditing and processing daily paperwork received from the convenience stores. This person will ensure accuracy of the daily paperwork including invoices for inventory items. This person will research and correct any discrepancies and maintain open communication with the store personnel and supervisors. This person will be assisting other departments such as Accounts Payable and Accounting with additional tasks.
Applicants with experience in retail and inventory preferred.
Qualified applicants should be able to:
-Perform basic math functions
-Good communication skills, oral and written
-Be proficient on a computer
-Multitask
-Work in a fast paced environment
- Be organized
-Be Detail oriented
- Work well with others in a team environment
- Work well independently
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
