Nursing Home RN - Bedford, PA

Shift: 2:45pm - 11:15pm
Guaranteed 32 hours per week. Every other weekend.

Pay: This position is open to travelers and local RNs.
Travel RN = $53 p/h (over 60 miles away)
Local RN = $48 p/h

Roles & Responsibilities

• ​Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Certifications & Clearance Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• RN License
• 1 year minimum experience
• 2 Professional references

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $48.00 - $53.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
