Fondy Powersports is looking for a Powersports enthusiast to join our team.
The General Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Knowledge in powersports industry
• Knowledge and understanding of all certification programs, ensure that dealership stays in compliance
• Market expert for brands dealership carries.
• Maintain good working relationships with employees, vendors & customers
• Oversee Sales process and hold employees accountable to their departmental metrics
• Approve all expenditures
• Ensure that the dealership is meeting the sales goals as established
• Attend quarterly meetings and training sessions
• Other duties as assigned
