Responsibilities :
Oversee a multi-faceted, high-volume, full-service restaurant, responsible to lead the team to execute exceptional operations.
Provide the front of the house operations and staff with leadership and development, while partnering closely with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals and build a following of guest fans.
Oversee front of the house department including servers, expeditors, hosts, and bar. Execute proven company policies, training programs and manage assigned operating systems.
Ensure collaboration between kitchen and front of house operations. Maintain and update weekly schedules. Lead department meetings and coach team members.
Responsible for maximizing financial and operational results and conducting weekly FOH inventories. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment with a high regard for food safety.
Qualifications :
3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant. Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
Results-driven; able to coach team to provide fun, friendly, and professional service.
Ability to achieve restaurant targets.
Demonstrates financial acumen.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, POS System, Inventory / Ordering software.
ServSafe certification.
Flexible work schedule, inclusive of weekends and holidays.
5-day work week, 2 days off.
Compensation / Benefits :
Base salary range : $53-63K up to 30% annual incentives based on restaurant performance. Total $69-82K annually.
