Position OverviewFooda is seeking an Account Executive based in Chicago to manage the daily operations of Fooda’s West Coast WCS clients. This role entails comprehensive oversight of all WCS offerings, serving as the primary point of contact between clients and our esteemed partners.

- You are optimistic in the face of problems and you’re capable of finding solutions quickly and effectively.
- You are organized and detail oriented--Type-A personality is a plus!
- Quick thinking on your feet and no problem is too big or small for you.
- You do not wait for direction and are always looking for ways to improve.
- Prior experience managing hourly or full-time staff preferred.
- Prior experience in food service or enterprise catering preferred.
- Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in addition to four to five years of relevant experience.
- Reporting to the West Coast Director of Operations,
- Supervising the Day-to-Day operations of West Coast clients with multiple Workplace Convenience Service offerings, ensuring the “Service Experience” of Fooda is consistently offered to all customers.
- Coordinate between customer and vendors for new client launches.
- Establish and maintain effective client and vendor relationships.
- Manage customer service inquiries through digital channels.
- Update and maintain Client/Vendor information within Fooda systems.
- Accounting responsibilities to ensure all financial entries are documented properly within Fooda’s systems.
- Escalate any potential issues or questions occurring to Operations Manager when necessary to ensure proper procedures are being followed.
