Foot Locker, azienda leader nella vendita di sneakers e abbigliamento sportivo, ricerca un* Assistant Manager da inserire in uno degli store dell'area di Milano.
Il Ruolo di Assistant Manager prevede, tra le altre attivit, lo svolgimento di operazioni di gestione dello store, la formazione e la gestione del Team, l'implementazione delle linee guida di Visual Merchandising e la protezione dei beni aziendali.
In assenza dello Store Manager, l'Assistant Manager sar il primo back-up per le attivit manageriali.
Responsabilit:L* Assistant Manager, riportando all* Store Manager e in base alle linee guida aziendali, si occuper delle seguenti attivit:
- Formare e guidare il team al fine di assicurare un'eccellente assistenza al Cliente;
- Garantire alti livelli di soddisfazione della clientela, grazie alla conoscenza di tutti i prodotti offerti e alla collaborazione con i/le collegh*;
- Stimolare le vendite medante l'implementazione delle linee guida Visual Merchandising;
- Condividere le proprie conoscenze e competenze relative ai prodotti e alle tendenze, al fine di soddisfare le esigenze della clientela;
- Mantenersi aggiornat* sulla conoscenza di tutti i prodotti, e le tendenze attuali e future;
- Contribuire alla creazione di un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e positivo;
- Dimostrata capacit di leadership con almeno 1 anno di esperienza in un ambiente di vendita a diretto contatto con la clientela;
- Sicurezza di s e capacit di coinvolgere i clienti per garantire un'esperienza eccellente
- Orientamento al risultato;
- Intraprendenza e versatilit nel rispondere alle nuove esigenze del mercato e del contesto multi-channel e dinamico in cui operiamo;
- Capacit di portare a compimento le attivit sotto la propria responsabilit senza necessit di supervisione;
