The Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to their assigned department. This position requires a detailed understanding of Microsoft Office as well as the ability to communicate effectively when dealing with other associates, supervisors, operations managers, and staff. Depending on work volume the Admin can be tasked with various tasks from other departments when needed.
This position works Sunday - Thursday from 2:00pm - 10:30pm with mandatory overtime of up to 10 hours and weekends as business need dictates.
Base Rate: $16.00 / hour
Responsibilities:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Provides administration support for department.
Coordinate administrative activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Maintain and create SOPs, Training Checklists, and related documentation.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Assure administrative functions are processed in a timely manner.
Support other areas as needed
Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
Use independent judgment and be self-motivated
Pay close attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to read, write, utilize a computer and Microsoft Office, conduct business related mathematics and analyze data as required.
Bring problems to the attention of the supervisor, manager, safety director or HR manager.
Follow daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
Maintains confidentiality at all times.

Required to sit (stationary position) at a computer workstation and/or desk for a full shift.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to communicate using various methods.
Based on business necessity associates may be required to temporarily work in other locations that require different physical demands.
Required Education and Experience:
Minimum of 6 months previous experience preferred
Comprehensive experience working with Microsoft Office including Excel
Base rate paid bi-weekly: $16.00 / hour
Shift Differential: $1.00 / hour
