Title: Project Engineer/Manager (Highways)

JOB SUMMARY:

Our client is an ENR Top 500 Design Firm that works on a diverse portfolio of projects involving highways, bridges, transit facilities, water resources, utilities, and water & wastewater facilities.

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer, to provide technical supervision and assist with the management of projects assigned to them. The hired candidate will also provide design for major tasks within projects which are managed by others. The Project Engineer is required to provide input into preparation of the proposals, budgets, and schedules for new project opportunities. Responsibilities include managing production profitability, assisting with quality control procedures and liaising with clients. Project Engineers may also serve as Project Team Leaders directing day to day technical requirements of staff.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science Degree Required or Equivalent Experience

• 5-10 years minimum Design Experience on similar highway projects required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional Engineer Registration highly preferred

• Experience working with PenDOT

• Experience with Auto CAD

• Experience with Micro Station

• Experience with Open Roads
