In April 2023, he assumed the role of Regional Director, overseeing operations across most markets in Tennessee. Expecting only directness and follow-through from those he mentors, Blake's leadership style is marked by his commitment to developing and supporting new managers. His vision extends beyond specific markets; Blake aims to bring on a select group of quality managers. Through mentorship and strategic guidance, his goal is to drive expansion across the region, creating a network of empowered and successful professionals.
Beyond his professional role, Blake is a devoted family man with a decade of marriage, two boys ages 8 and 5, and a shared love for sports.
