Foothill Farms Veterinary Hospital, a multi-doctor hospital in Sacramento, is searching for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team as Client Service Supervisor!

This is a full-time position, with a 5/8 schedule and availability needed on Saturdays.

Background and experience:

• Veterinary professional with 3 years of experience, ideally in a leadership role
• Dependable, enthusiastic, hardworking, honest, and team orientated individual
• Strong work ethic and ability to jump in and help where needed
• Experience with Cornerstone and Fear Free patient handling is a plus!

In addition to typical Reception duties, you will be responsible for:

• Training and mentorship
• Creating staff schedules
• Monitoring hospital flow
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed

• Resolution of client disputes
• Budget management
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Marketing and business initiatives
• Helping to develop and grow our boarding and kennel services

Foothill Farms Veterinary Hospital is a 6-doctor practice that believes in providing a Fear Free experience for people and patients.
