Our office is looking for a professional detail oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk administrator/ Insurance Co-ordinator. As the Front Desk administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and making sure the patient has a good experience. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department
- Schedule patient appointments using dental scheduling software
- Handle patient check-ins, verify insurance information, collect payments and create treatment plans
- Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
- Resolve any patient concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Skills:
- Proficiency in using systems such as Dentrix or similar dental software
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is preferred but not required.
