Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented cannabis processor(s) to join our team. First and second shift positions available. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient production of high-quality cannabis products , ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Measure and prepare cannabis material for production, ensuring consistent quality and weight.
Package cannabis products with precision and accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure product consistency and compliance with company standards.
Record production data and maintain accurate inventory of materials and finished products.
Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance as needed.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to cannabis manufacturing.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the cannabis industry.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
Ability to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks as requires.
