What you will be doing:The Division Coordinator performs a full range of administrative support, sales support, and general accounting activities. Under the direction of the Division Manager, the DC operates independently and identifies administrative projects; performs considerable coordination and follow-through, and sets priorities and procedures for accomplishing the work assignment. The successful candidate is a self-motivated, results-oriented, forward-thinking, assertive, decisive, mature, highly organized, flexible, adaptable, custom service-oriented, analytical professional capable of interfacing with individuals of various backgrounds and levels within an organization. Strong customer service, excellent communication skills (oral and written), advanced PC skills (including MS Office), and 10-key by touch are required; management experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
Qualifications:
  • Organized and flexible
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills- typing, 10-key, Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable answering phones and taking messages
  • Comfortable interfacing with individuals of various backgrounds and levels within an organization
  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager
  • Experience with accounting preferred
