Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various concrete construction projects, ensuring the successful completion of each project.

Duties:

- Assist in the preparation of worksites by setting up equipment and materials
- Set up concrete forms, Pour, spread, and finish concrete using various tools
- Demolition

-Rough and finish carpentry

-Steel studs and drywall
- Follow project schedules and deadlines
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

- Experience in concrete construction is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Knowledge of project scheduling and coordination
- Familiarity with construction contracts and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Supervisory experience is a plus
