Job Title: Adult League associate Department: Amateur Hockey & Fan Development Job Reports To: Adult Hockey Manager Status: Part-time Major Responsibilities/Activities:
Scheduled to be on-site during Adult League games at either Antioch, Bellevue or Clarksville
Check-in players before games
Check IDs
Ensure they are properly registered
Valid USA Hockey #
Daysmart waiver complete
Assist with balances on their account
Assist with substitute players
Take payment
Ensure they are of appropriate skill for that level of league play
Assist with staffing for scorekeepers and referees
Make sure they are on time for their shifts
Any single games for referees are recorded
Complete incident reports if there are any injuries on the ice
Upload scoresheets properly online so standings and stats are accurate and up to date
Complete nightly report with any highlights or concerns
Report will be emailed to Manager so they can troubleshoot
Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
Game scheduling
Accurate rosters
Gamesheet updates
Troubleshoot if any issues arise
Spot check to ensure locker rooms are clean and up to standard
Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds repeatedly.
Working under extreme deadlines under pressure.
Excellent speaking and listening skills, requiring the perception of speech.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical activities include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing stairs, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, balancing and handling of materials
Exposure to bright lights, extreme temperatures, and loud noise.
Equipment Used: Including, but not limited to office equipment, barcoding scanner system, industrial equipment, hockey equipment, ice resurfacing equipment and scoreboard equipment.
