Route Driver and Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are a family-owned dry cleaning business seeking a reliable part-time employee to handle weekly pickup and delivery services in Greensboro. The ideal candidate will have a good driving record and the ability to recruit new customers. This role involves working from 9 AM to 1 PM, Monday through Friday, with hours dependent on volume.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver dry cleaning orders to customers’ homes and businesses in Greensboro.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
• Recruit new customers to expand our client base.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry dry cleaning orders.
• Basic sales skills for recruiting new customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in delivery or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with Greensboro and surrounding areas.

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting pay of $11 per hour.
