Job Description: Director of Business Development and Member Experience

Location: Sarasota, Florida

Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on new membership sales and enhancing the member experience within the Sarasota community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing relationships with key centers of influence and high-net-worth individuals in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with centers of influence.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain new members for our concierge medical practice.
  • Host and organize community events alongside our medical team to promote our services and build brand awareness.
  • Build a robust pipeline of potential members, conduct office visits, and meet with prospects to demonstrate the value proposition of our medical services.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to develop plans for members and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Focus on member retention by providing exceptional service and maintaining ongoing relationships and events with members.

Qualifications:

  • Must be from the Sarasota community or have strong familiarity with the area.
  • Proven experience in selling to high-net-worth individuals, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with key influencers in the community.
  • Experience in direct business-to-consumer sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a network and develop a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated individual.

Compensation:

  • Base salary with a commission structure.
  • The majority of compensation will come from the acquisition and retention of new members, and commission.
  • First-year target compensation range: $150,000 plus (base $50,000, at target total comp $125,000, no cap on commission)
