Forefront Healthcare is looking for a (Remote) Talent Acquisition Coordinator. We are growing quickly and need a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will engage quality talent! Our company has expanded the business nationally!

 This is a REMOTE position.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator can work in a fast-paced environment and who will keep up with the growth of our business. This Talent Acquisition Coordinator will identify, recruit, and screen potential employees for specific positions focusing on exempt roles.  Duties/Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

  • All hourly recruiting for Culinary where no HRR in field.
    • Refresh job postings – all management and culinary hourly where no HRR
    • Manage the Applicants in Smart Recruiters ATS
    • Marketing – Social Media Liaison for posts
    • Working with onboarding until start date
    • Create and modify Job postings for Forefront
    • Coordinating with HR to ensure compliance
  • Schedule management candidate interviews (Phone screenings, video interviews)
    • Coordination between Hiring Managers and candidate and sometimes clients!
  • Travel arrangements for candidates (Management)
    • Point of contact throughout the identified candidate’s travel
    • Coordination of reimbursement
  • New Openings – Interview hourly’s and support the field- NEW OPENINGS
    • move to field HR Representative after the initial 90 days (where possible)
  • Checking references if needed (Mgmt. Candidates)
  • Backfills Recruitment when lack of Directors: Be there to fill in for the hourly recruiting
  • Wage Analysis 
  • Reporting
  • Open Management Report
  • Open hourly report by region
  • Managed unit reports
  • Track Talent Acquisition Data and provide reporting/metrics to Forefront leaders
  • Assists in Training on process and Smart Recruiters.
  • Assists in coordinating hiring events
  • Send out summary of benefits to prospective candidate who are in final interviews
  • Liaison from recruiting to operations nationally!
  • Projects
  • Builds Pipelines of talent for management candidates including R.D.’s
  • Assist with AD’s with Indeed
  • Backup support to Recruitment team

Qualifications

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Prior experience operating as an end-to-end Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Recruitment Coordinator/Candidate Care Coordinator in a recruitment or HR function.
  • The ability to work with urgency, managing conflicting priorities and deadlines, whilst communicating effectively and maintaining a kind nature toward stakeholders and candidates
  • Effective management of candidates through the offer process with a focus on providing the highest level candidate experience
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with the talent team and internal stakeholders across all levels of the business and instil confidence 
  • Work collaboratively yet autonomously and demonstrate initiative and a problem-solving attitude
  • Possess excellent attention to detail in all administrative duties such as pre-employment checks and contract generation, reporting and onboarding. 
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is advantageous and strong Excel capability is essential.

Additional Information

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience required.
