JOB TITLE: Analyst I, Financial
POSITION TYPE: Full time

Hybrid, Monday - Friday
Position Overview
In this highly visible role, the Financial Analyst will contribute to the success of the organization by supporting the maintenance of financial reporting, providing functional support to several key business partners, and driving the consolidated forecasting and AOP process for the organization.
Key Accountabilities
Consolidated Company Performance
• Drive the preparation of Monthly Business Review (MBR) packages specific to data preparation and content creation for executive leadership team
• Manage consolidated timelines and hold the team accountable for on time delivery
• Drive financial analysis and interpretation of key issues to leadership along with recommendation for course correction.
• Continuously develop, enhance, and implement tools and processes to efficiently drill into variances and accurately assess risks and opportunities
• Own weekly and monthly recurring reporting tasks
• Drive automation and simplification of current reporting and manual tasks
• Support monthly consolidations of financials and reporting processes
Forecasting & AOP Processes
• Develop financial reports / models for forecasting, trending, budgeting, and results analysis
• Create, manage, and share standard templates for forecasting and AOP loading
• Consolidate forecast and AOP financial packages
• Work with BOARD (financial system software) to stand up monthly forecasting processes
• Serve as the point of contact in loading Forecast and AOP data into Board while ensuring tie out
• Run the revenue forecasting process to support the Treasury team’s monthly cash flow forecast
• Work cross functionally to implement processes and documentation that supports an improved forecasting and AOP process
Functional Support for Assigned Business Areas
• Review monthly spend analysis, complete variance analysis, and drive root cause counter measures where appropriate
• Work with functional leaders to implement and manage relevant financial KPI’s
• Run ROI analyses on large functional spend projects
• Lead data analysis for functional areas, using complex data and problem solving
• Proxy to Finance Business Partner
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related quantitative/technical discipline
2. 2 years of job-related experience
3. Ability to present fact-based recommendations across various levels of management
4. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; with proficiency working in Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
1. Advanced degree such as an MBA or related quantitative/technical discipline
2. Job-related experience in the dairy industry
3. Prior experience with BOARD reporting software
4. 2 years of previous financial analyst experience
Physical Setting
• Onsite 3 days a week with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days a week
• Ability to travel up to 10%
