Forest Hill Nursing And Rehabilitation is now looking to hire full-time EXPERIENCED Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Managers for our Subacute Rehab Unit and our Long Term Unit. The Registered Nurse ( RN ) Unit Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents. They also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, while maintaining regulatory compliance within the facility. Forest Hill is a staple in the community and continues to evolve to meet the needs of our patients. If you are looking to join our diligent and cheerful team, we would love to meet you!

REGISTERED NURSE (RN) UNIT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Registered Nurse License (RN) in NJ
- Experience as Unit Manager Required
- Experience in Long term care REQUIRED
- Strong Attention to Detail and Work Ethic
- Previous Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Nurse Manager required
- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times.
