Forest Hill Nursing And Rehabilitation is now looking to hire full-time EXPERIENCED Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Managers for our Subacute Rehab Unit and our Long Term Unit. The Registered Nurse ( RN ) Unit Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents. They also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, while maintaining regulatory compliance within the facility. REGISTERED NURSE (RN) UNIT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Registered Nurse License (RN) in NJ
• Experience as Unit Manager Required
• Experience in Long term care REQUIRED
• Strong Attention to Detail and Work Ethic
• Previous Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Nurse Manager required
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times.
