Our small, fun and talented team is in search of a Dental Front Office/Receptionist who has a proven track record of administrative and management experience as well as a background to support the practice in all areas of patient care and service.
This highly visible, leadership position includes such responsibilities as:
• Providing exceptional patient service on the phone and in person
• Representing the practice with a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
• Productively scheduling new & current patients
• Proficient in dental insurance processing, to include proper coding, EOBs & claims
• Strategically tackle aged insurance claims and accounts receivables
• Comfortable presenting treatment plans & having financial conversations
• Able to have clinical conversations with both patients & team members
• Manage & lead team members
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and experience:
• An outgoing, professional personality
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Proven math and computer skills
• Proficient with dental terminology and procedures
• Experience with Eaglesoft a plus
• 5 years admin experience in a private dental office
This Is A FULL-TIMEposition, Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri 8:30 am-5pm, Wed hours vary.
