Forest Travel, a leader in the Travel industry, is currently seeking for a Leisure Travel Advisor to join our fast-paced organization. How do you know if you are the right candidate for this position? You are multi-lingual and customer-service-oriented. You have a great, positive attitude and enjoy working in a variety of settings helping business travelers plan and book trips. You are patient, attentive, and possess clear communication skills. You develop relationships with the clients you serve. You have high attention to detail, are organized, and take pride in doing things right. You take pleasure in the art of planning travels; researching, learning about hotels, destinations, and interesting things to do in each location.

Responsibilities

• Research to locate the best luxury/ultra-luxury destinations and options, building tailor-made itineraries according to client's expectations.
• Create and maintain excellent relations with properties, DMS, and other vendors on-site, to ensure the best reservations for guests in their desired location.
• Stay current with destinations, products, and travel services worldwide to plan and promote itineraries and accommodations.
• Book air and ground transportation for clients.
• Provide excellent customer experience to clients, building and nurturing relations to reach organic growth.
• Work to meet weekly and monthly sales goals as established by the company.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in sales. Experience with outbound calls.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish).
• Experience with GDS (Amadeus / Sabre)
• Experience within the Travel and Hospitality Industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
