We are seeking to hire a part-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our small animal practice. We are a full-service small animal hospital that also treats urgent care cases. Our hospital sees a wide variety of cases from scheduled to walk in appointments, which can create a fast-paced environment.
Our receptionists play a vital role in our hospital, they are the first point of contact our clients have. It is vital that the successful candidate be able to maintain a professional and understanding demeanor.
As a Receptionist the successful candidate’s job will include the following:
This is a "hands on" position that requires the successful candidate to have the ability to multitask, be efficient in a busy and noisy environment, communicate well with others and be flexible and willing to learn new tasks. Experience in the animal field and clerical duties is preferred but not required. This is a position where we are willing to train on the job. This positions shift is for 9-C Monday and Friday, and Saturday 7:30-C.
