Housekeeping Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our housekeeping operations. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our establishment, creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and policies to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met
- Train new housekeeping employees on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards
- Coordinate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to address guest needs and resolve any issues promptly
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure they meet quality standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and take appropriate corrective actions
- Uphold health and safety regulations and guidelines in all housekeeping activities

Requirements:
- Proven work experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and other departments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality industry experience, preferably in a hotel setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
