The Operations/Visual Ambassador role reports to and supports the Manager of Visual, Manager of Operations, and the Store Manager. They are responisble for all back of house support functions that assist with the customers overall experience within the store.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ensures proper merchandising, visual, and operational standards are met through company-defined practices and processes.
• Partners with merchandising leaders to ensure execution of markdowns, signage, and marketing align with merchandise placement.
• Process/Place all incoming shipments using techniques and equipment provided.
• Achieve proper visual standards using all company guidlines, guides, and display previews.
• Attach sensors, hang new product , and transfer new items onto to company provided racks to prepare for sales floor placement in a timely and efficient manner.
• Clean, recovery, and fix store display when necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a minimum high school diploma or equivalent. College degree or relevant technical or vocational training preferred.
• Must have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to move around sales floor and stock rooms, work with cleaning chemicals, and lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business as truck schedules can fluctuate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
