Forever Fit is looking for a passionate and motivated Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team! If you have a strong background in fitness and love helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily Strength and Conditioning classes for individuals of all skill levels
• Create and implement effective training programs tailored to member needs and goals
• Provide guidance and motivation to members during workouts to ensure proper form and injury prevention
• Monitor member progress and adjust programs accordingly to help them reach their fitness milestones
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and energetic environment in every class
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and training methods
• Offer one-on-one support for members needing personalized coaching
• Collaborate with other coaches and trainers to ensure a well-rounded fitness experience

Qualifications:

• Certification in Strength and Conditioning (AFAA, NASM, or similar)
• Previous experience as a coach or personal trainer in a fitness or gym environment
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, strength training, and injury prevention
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Ability to work with diverse fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• A positive attitude and passion for fitness and helping others succeed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
