Requirements of PM Smokehouse
Must be able to work overnights and some Saturdays

Responsibilities of PM Smokehouse
- Perform visual inspections on all parts to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
