General Description:

This is a part time position in which the person performs custodial functions to provide an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility at the Forks Township Police Department

Responsibilities:

· Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock dispensers.

· Clean, dust, and wipe furniture.

· Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.

· Empty and clean wastebaskets, recycling containers, and trash containers.

· Clean kitchen area

· Maintain confidentiality

· Maintains supplies and equipment (e.g. cleaning solutions, paper products, vacuum, mops, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of items required to properly maintain facilities.

· Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the department

· Other duties as assigned as the above may not be all inclusive.

Skills & Requirements:

· Must be able to pass a background check

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Must be reliable and dependable

· Must be able to pay attention to detail

· Ability to follow directions and comprehend

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Custodial experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
