Position: Senior Recruiter/HRBPCompany:Formel D is the global service provider for the automotive industry. Position Summary: This position is in Greenville, SC, in the well-known ICAR neighborhood (International Center for Automotive Research). The incumbent will implement recruitment strategies, lead a team of three, and perform other HR duties as assigned. This position reports directly to the HR Director-Americas, and the expected travel required is ~15%. This position partners with the Leadership Team and leads the Recruiting Team (currently 3 Recruiters located in Alabama, Michigan, and California) to anticipate and deliver the best talent to our customers in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities:Manages the entire recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units. Creates and implements marketing strategies to attract job seekers in assigned areas.Fosters long-term relationships with candidates; follows up with candidates; and works closely with Hiring Managers and the HR Team to exceed customer expectations.Actively participates in staffing-related activities and engages in successful cross-functional projects.Tracks and reports key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity; completes and ensures on-time delivery of New Hire employment documentation consistent with company processes.Manages employee issues, including coaching, development discussions, corrective actions, and investigations. Always demonstrates a high level of confidentiality.Manages day-to-day HR activities at a plant location when needed. Trains and develops new recruiters as well as other levels of Supervision on HR topics.Presents topics to groups of Formel D employees - as well as Executives - as needed.Travels to other Formel D sites to improve recruiting results and standardize best practices.Assists with Job Fairs, Hiring Events, and any Marketing of Formel D for recruitment purposes. Required Education, Skills, and Experiences: BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.5 years of Staffing/Recruiting experience (both Hourly and Salaried Positions).1 Year of HR Generalist experience (Coaching, Consulting with Leadership, Training, Employee Relations, Compensation, etc.). Agile, Initiative-taker possessing the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.Collaborator with ability to work in a high-paced environment and prioritize activities.Analytical person that quickly identifies issues and offers potential solutions. Strong people skills to establish relationships, collaborate effectively, and influence others.Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver results to the bottom line.Persuasive communication skills – both verbal and written.Ability to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in an effective manner and skillfully gather and analyze information. CIP mindset - experienced in Process Improvement and Project Management.Experience with Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, and Office 365 is preferred. Unique requirements: Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a criminal background check and drug screening. Must be able to travel to California, Alabama, Michigan, and other US Customer locations.
