Position: Drop Team Member Department: Drop Team Reports to: Director of Finance FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Essential Functions

Perform duties associated with collecting the cash boxes from machines and table games
Accurately count and record daily cash receipts from various revenue-producing venues
Conduct all facets of the count, prepare the drop, verify documentation and currency bundling to the final reconciliation of totals, as well as any other related task
Prepare various reports, reconciling all totals to the master summary; forward all information to appropriate individual(s)
Maintain records, reports, and other required paperwork in the cashiering and count room division of the Finance Department
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form
Understand and comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program.
Regular attendance is required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands and work environment characteristics described are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential job functions. While performing job duties the team member is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The team member is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb, or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and push, pull or drag up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. While performing job duties the team member is regularly exposed to risks associated with travel between buildings and back and forth to other areas as may be required due to business demands. The team member is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, including second-hand environmental smoke. The noise level in the work environment varies from light to moderate, and there are fluctuations in lighting due to flashing lights from slot machines and band lighting. At a minimum, the selected candidate will be required to pass a background check and drug-screening test and obtain a gaming license.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, with preference given to completion of technical school or an Associate of Applied Science degree
Preference given to candidates with knowledge, skills, and abilities working with gaming devices and safety equipment
