Come join our championship team at Fort Wayne Toyota and win with us. Join the Rohrman Team of automotive professionals as we are looking for a part-time cashier/receptionist for our busy dealership.
In this “Entry Level Position", your main responsibility will be to process all payment transactions for customers. This position also requires excellent phone skills, a great attitude and a smiling face. Prior auto dealership experience is preferred, but not required.
Part Time:
SUNDAY - OFF
MONDAY - OFF
TUESDAY - 3pm to 7pm
WEDNESDAY - 3pm to 7pm
THURSDAY - 3pm to 7pm
FRIDAY - 3pm to 7pm
SATURDAY - 8am to 6pm

Responsibilities of a Part Time Cashier:
- Receive and process all cash and credit card payments from customers
- Maintain daily records of all dealership payment transactions
- Assist with other administrative duties (filing, copies, scanning....as needed)
Requirements of a Part Time Cashier:
- Prior auto dealership experience is a plus but not needed
- Previous experience operating a cash register
- Familiarity with processing credit card transactions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance a must
- Excellent Phone etiquette
