About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for School Leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a strategic plan to supervise and support campus principals in alignment with the company's initiatives and goals. This role involves leading and engaging with campus principals to ensure the development and implementation of processes that enhance staff knowledge, skills, and competencies. The Executive Director will also be tasked with advancing the vision of the company, particularly in the areas of professional learning, instructional leadership, and continuous improvement to close achievement and opportunity gaps.Applicants must have a Master's degree in Education or a related field, with a preference for a Master's in School Administration, and be eligible for a valid Texas Mid-Management and/or Principal Certification. A minimum of 6 years' of experience in education, including at least 3 years' as a secondary campus principal in an urban setting, is required. The role demands a results-oriented individual with a strong background in educational leadership, including knowledge of current theory, research, and practices in curriculum, instruction, and leadership development. The Executive Director will be expected to have excellent skills in organizational, public, and interpersonal relations, as well as the ability to work effectively with all levels of management, staff, and the community in a multi-ethnic educational environment. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader, capable of strategic change and sustaining high-quality educational programs across the district.
