Professional, experienced team player for part-time reception work at veterinary surgical hospital in west Fort Worth. This is not an entry level positon and requires experinece. Duties include:

-Scheduling and confirming pet appointments
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues
- Oversee inventory management and stock levels
- Handle financial transactions
- Maintain patient records
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service at a medical or veterinary office
- Strong leadership
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting
- Ability to manage stock levels effectively
- Multilingual skills are a plus for interacting with diverse customers
