Overview:

Join our team as a Barista at our coffee bar where you can showcase your passion for coffee and customer service skills. We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Make and serve drinks to guests following established guidelines, procedures, and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards.

• Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner; maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.

• Ring guest checks; collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures.

• Complete requisitions and supply lists.

• Ensure established pars are maintained.

• Perform all side work duties.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in sales, food service, or customer service preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and recipe measurements
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
- Ability to multitask
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different coffee varieties

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
