Join our team:

Forté Specialty Contractors is looking for our next Project Scheduler. Our Project Scheduler will collaborate with the Estimating, Project Management, and Superintendent teams to build the schedules for our projects and ensure they are completed in our anticipated timeframes.

This position is based in Las Vegas, NV.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work with the Estimating, Project Management, and Superintendent teams to fully understand the scope of work and expected timelines for a given project.
  • After collaborating with the above teams, build a schedule for each respective project. This schedule should include timelines, allocation of resources, tasks to be completed, and shared with everyone involved on a given project.
  • Ensure job sites are adequately staffed for each respective phase of the project’s lifespan.
  • Anticipate and predict any delays in the schedule. Make necessary adjustments to ensure the project continues with forward momentum, even if there are delays in completing certain tasks/assignments.
  • Attend weekly touch-base meetings with the Superintendent teams to identify areas in which the schedule can be adjusted to best fit each respective project.
  • Help Superintendents and Project Managers hold subcontractors to the timelines and deadlines outlined in the schedule.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2 years of project scheduling experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of Procore, ProjectManager, BuilderTrend, and/or other commonly used construction scheduling programs is heavily preferred.
  • Experience in working on projects in the scale of 7-8 figures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adhere to timelines.
