Regional Sales Executive

Join Forticon's dynamic team as a Sales Estimator at our rapidly growing company, responsible for overseeing full-cycle sales processes from client acquisition to project completion. Your role will involve diverse responsibilities aimed at driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Compensation:

$125,500 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by expanding and retaining a qualified client base.
  • Utilize various marketing strategies to generate and solicit new business, including, but not limited to, cold calling, marketing campaigns, and attending industry events.
  • Identify client needs and effectively demonstrate the value of Forticon's services.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company policies.
  • Develop expertise in estimating and preparing accurate estimates and proposals.
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of project documentation to facilitate accurate job costing.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
  • Oversee on-site quality control measures and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Assist in providing training and support to sales team members as needed.
  • Develop and implement personalized sales and business goals and development plans.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and Forticon's product offerings.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues across departments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum five years of proven success in direct/outside sales roles.
  • Familiarity with estimating processes and principles, preferably in construction or related industries.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude, including proficiency in geometry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software applications.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Forticon is an asphalt paving and maintenance contractor based in Oakland, CA working in the public and private sectors alike around the Bay Area since 2015. We provide pavement maintenance, repair, and installation to new construction, Commercial and Industrial properties, Shopping Centers, Residential communities, and Apartment complexes. Our services include Asphalt Removal and Replacement, Protective Seal Coat, Sriping, Concrete Sitework, and Exterior ADA Improvements.
