Responsibilities:
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, customer communication, and be on-site during roof installations as needed.
- Project planning, ordering materials, and and scheduling roof installations
- Oversee project and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collect payments
- Keep up to date project notes via CRM
- Take project photos via company app
- Split work environment between office and job sites
- Dedicated work-space provided when in the office
- Company vehicle provided when in the field
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to guide projects to completion
- Proficiency in keeping project notes and accurate details
- Basic math skills to accurately order materials
- Ability to use good judgement and confidence to make good decisions
