We are looking for a senior Assembly Manufacturing Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team responsible for designing and implementing high-volume battery manufacturing capacity, including cell, module, and enclosure assembly.
• Manage technical requirements, program management, and integration with other teams.
• Collaborate with vendor partners and ensure manufacturing equipment meets performance standards. Establish goals, a culture of innovation, and high expectations for the team.
• Work closely with product design to incorporate efficient processes and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Prioritize PFMEA and OEE considerations in product development.
• Focus on streamlining processes, eliminating waste, and achieving continuous improvement in the factory.

About you

• We are seeking a highly experienced manufacturing engineering professional with over 10 years of experience in designing and launching automated assembly systems.

• The successful candidate will have expertise in automation, assembly, DFM & DFA, as well as high-volume manufacturing line design, installation, and launch. They will also have experience in factory industrial planning and driving down manufacturing costs

• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills are essential for this role.

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent is required, with a master's degree preferred.
