You'll join our German team, working alongside Philipp, Paul and Ines gaining first-hand experience in how we invest in some of the brightest B2B SaaS tech companies in Europe.

What you will be working on:

In your role as a Visiting Analyst, you will be part of our growth private equity investment team helping to identify, acquire, and support B2B software and tech companies on their growth path.

• You will be assisting in the deal-flow processes up to the negotiations with potential portfolio companies
• You will take care of the valuation and analysis of potential investment cases as well as related market, industry and technology deep-dives
• You will proactively research and analyse market and industry trends to identify the best growth equity companies and management teams
• You will create investment proposals and presentations for internal and external use

We are looking for a Visiting Analyst to join us for six months

What we hope you’ll bring to the role:

• You are in the final year of your Bachelor degree or are pursuing a Master’s degree or MBA in business, information technology, or engineering
• You have gained professional experience in a leading investment bank or consulting firm or in other investment roles
• You are fluent in English and German
• You are a humble team-player, who is passionate about contributing your own expertise, energy, and views to our team
• You have an affinity towards digital business models and are keen to explore the impact technology and software have on business and everyday life
