Position Summary

In this challenging and dynamic role, you will support fulfillment of regulatory and audit requests and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Experience (CX) team.

What You Will Do:

• Support the successful fulfillment of regulatory and audit requests services for a life and annuity administrator responsible for ~4.5 million contracts.
• Compile and quality review audit and exam responses to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and draft business requirements for key projects
• Perform research for exams and special requests
• Collaborate on process design
• Uphold and reinforce a culture of risk and compliance

What You Will Have:

• BA/BS degree required
• 2-4 years of experience in insurance operations with a focus on audits and/or project work
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent research skills and detail oriented
• Effective communication (verbal and written) Collaborative, reliable and eager to learn
• Adept at multi-tasking and ability to work under tight (and at times competing) deadlines
• Highly detail oriented with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines and priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Outlook and Excel)
• Compliance, and regulatory exam and audit experience a plus
• Knowledge of Life & Annuity products/systems a plus
