Patient Access/Market Access/ Patient Support

Our Patient Access team is a scaled leader in the HUB services and patient access market, serving the biopharmaceutical industry with comprehensive patient support, product access, affordability and adherence solutions for more than 30 years. As a Senior Director of Business Development , you orchestrate a symphony of growth, weaving together strategic threads to achieve annual sales targets. Let's delve into your multifaceted role:
Strategic Relationship Building : You nurture client connections, cultivating relationships at the right cadence.
Account Planning and Partnerships : You're an architect of account plans, forging partnerships with key accounts and strategic allies. You will be responsible for achieving annual sales plan and targets and networking with assigned accounts.
Sales Intelligence and Expectation Management : Armed with comprehensive competitor insights, you set and manage customer expectations. Your expertise bridges business capabilities and differentiation frameworks.
Collaboration and Client Satisfaction : You collaborate across company resources, orchestrating harmonious symphonies of customer satisfaction. Client visits and frequent personal interactions are your forte.
Leadership and Mentorship : As a coach and mentor, you share best practices, elevating not only your team but also the broader sales community.
Strategic Negotiations : You lead complex sales, negotiating business unit-based agreements. You will be responsible for executive/client presentations, opportunity management including accurate pipeline forecasting.
Education and Experience :
  • Bachelor's degree in life science or business (preferred)
  • Advanced market access industry knowledge
  • Demonstrated client retention skills
  • Ability to navigate challenging client/financial situations
  • Strategic business planning and team motivation
  • Strong financial acumen
aSales Journey :
  • 5 years selling services to pharmaceutical and biotech sectors
  • Market access/patient support solutions experience required.
Pay Range: $140,000-160,000 base USD
