**Responsibilities:**
- Provide expert HR guidance to clients on various HR matters
- Conduct interviews and assist in the recruitment process
- Manage employee relations and address conflicts effectively
- Utilize HR software systems such as PeopleSoft, Paylocity, Paychex, and Taleo
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support business objectives
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an HR Consultant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in strategic planning and problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
-HR Certification (SPHR or SHRM-SCP) Preferred
